This Criminal Miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to permit the petitioner to amend the cause title in order dated 09.11.2022 in Crl.RC.No.1484/2022 as "T.Dhanasekaran" instead of "D.Dhanasekaran".

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that inadvertently, the name of the petitioner is mentioned as D.Dhanasekaran in the petition and affidavit in the above Criminal Revision and the same is reflected in the order dated 09.11.2022, which requires to be modified as T.Dhanasekaran.

3. Mr.A.Gopinath, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 has no serious objection for allowing this petition.
