The petitioner filed the writ petition forbearing the respondents herein from converting the reserve sites in the approved lay out in S.F.No.254/3(part), Avanashi Taluk, Tiruppur District and putting up constructions therein.

2. Today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the State produced a letter dated 9.07.2019 wherein it is stated that the land allotted for public purpose viz. Park is maintained as it is and only out of the extent of 6185 Sq.ft. allotted for construction of Over Head Tank, a meager extent of 757 Sq.ft. was utilized for construction of Ration Shop at the request of the people of the locality except this no other construction is made in the public place allotted as per the approved layout. apprehension of the petitioner that the reversed sites are converted for other purposes which is appropriately cleared as per the above letter and accordingly the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
