Supdt. Of Police, AR fit for promotion as Dy.Commissioner of Police, AR for the year 2008-09 approved in G.O.Ms.No.177 Home Police Dept. dt. 27.2.09 without reference to the adverse remarks in the ACR for the period 07.07.06 to 08.12.06 and promote him as Dy. Commissioner of Police (AR) and grant him all consequential service and monetary benefits and grant such other further relief.
