Prayer:- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the entire records pertaining to the letter of rejection issued by the 3rd respondent dated 27.11.2014 and quash the same consequently, direct the respondents to re-convey the Title of the petitioner's land to an extent of 60 cents in S.Nos.441/1, at Thanigai Porur Village, Vellore District at 1/4

The present writ petition was listed for final disposal on 17.04.2023 but none appeared for the petitioner on that day. In order to give further opportunity, the writ petition was again listed on 19.04.2023. 2.The relief sought in the present writ petition is against the letter of rejection issued by the 3rd respondent dated 27.11.2014 and to direct the respondents to re-convey the Title of the petitioner's land to an extent of 60 cents in S.Nos.441/1, at Thanigai Porur Village, Vellore District at Thanigaponur Village, Vellore District, by receiving the Sale consideration as per the current guideline value.

3.The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent made a submission that the competent authorities are ready to re-convey the title of the petitioner's land in the event of complying the terms and conditions as stipulated, by the petitioner.

4.This being the submission made, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the competent authorities to comply with the terms and conditions in accordance with the act and rules for the purpose of considering his case. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
