Crl.M.P.No.1513 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.27199 of 2022 T.V.THAMILSELVI, J.

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.27199 of 2022 on 11.11.2022 to report before the learned Trial Court on all working days at 10.30 a.m, till framing of charges and she shall also appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and the charge sheet has already been filed, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed.

However, the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
