Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner imposed while granting the anticipatory bail by the this Hon'ble Court in Crl.O.P.No.7768 of 2017 dated 11.05.2017 in connection with Crime No.7 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police and to modify the condition to appear before the Economic Offence Wing-II, at Madurai so as to enable the petitioner to abide with the condition imposed on her by the Madurai Bench of this Hon'ble Court.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N.ANANTHAPADMANABHAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. P.GOVINDARAJAN, ADDL. PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed seeking to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in the above Criminal Original Petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

3. Considering the facts and the circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioner in the aforesaid criminal original petition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, Economic Offence Wing-II, Madurai instead of the respondent police as mentioned in the order dated 11.05.2017.
