ORDER
The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner made a submission that the subsistence allowance as applicable pursuant to the order of suspension of the second respondent is calculated at Rs.94,143/- and the said amount is paid by way of a Salem District Central Co-operative Bank Cheque, dated 23.09.2019. The second respondent who is present before this Court, is directed to receive the Cheque from the learned counsel for the petitioner and issue a receipt to that effect. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2.In view of the fact that the subsistence allowance has been settled before this Court, no further adjudication is required in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
