Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition, with liberty to challenge the order passed in the application filed under Section 84 of TNVAT Act and also made an endorsement to that effect. In view of the same, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn and it is open to the petitioner to challenge the order passed in the application filed under Section 84 of TNVAT Act, in accordance with law.
