PRAYER: Criminal Appeal filed under Section 378(4) of Criminal Procedure Code (a) to call for records in S.T.C.No. 102 of 2008 on the file of Special Metropolitan Magistrate and XII Judge Court of Small Causes, Chennai and (b) set aside the judgment of acquittal dated 20.10.2010 in S.T.C.No. 102 of 2008 and convict the accused and punish the accused with the maximum 1/3

ORDER
This appeal is filed against the judgment dated 20.10.2010 made in S.T.C.No.102 of 2008 on the file of learned Special Metropolitan Magistrate and XII Judge Court of Small Causes, Chennai, thereby acquitted the respondent of an offence under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881.
2. It can be seen that, in this matter on 20.06.2024, there was no representation for the appellant; therefore, the matter was adjourned. Again on 16.08.2024 and 09.04.2025, there was no representation for the appellant. Today also (i.e. on 06.06.2025), there is no representation for the appellant.
