This petition has been filed to grant leave to file an appeal against the order dated 21.02.2020 in S.T.C.No.1031 of 2018 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sathyamangalam.

Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the petitioner/complainant and the learned counsel for the respondent/accused and also perused the materials available on record. 3.On being satisfied with the averments made in support of this petition and also considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Court finds that there are arguable grounds prima facie for filing the appeal. Accordingly, leave is granted.
