O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1, 2 and 4 to enquire into the complaint dated 03.06.2015 submitted by the petitioner, directing the registration of an FIR on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 21.04.2015 and entrust the investigation of the case to a police officer other than the sixth respondent.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the complaint submitted by the petitioner, an enquiry has been conducted by the police officials of Padalam Police Circle and the same was closed by an enquiry report dated 24.06.2015 and the report was also served to the petitioner.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
