The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Section 498 (A) of IPC in Crime No.Not Known of 2021, seek anticipatory bail.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that so far, there is no case registered against the petitioners and only, the petition enquiry in C.S.R is pending against the petitioners. 3.In the light of the above submission and also there is no change of circumstances, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
