By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. The petitioner would submit that he is the absolute owner of the property to an extent of nine cents situated on the eastern side in S.No.282/2E, at Thandalam Village, Arakkonam Taluk, Vellore District by way of registered sale deed dated

18.10.2010. Since, the petitioner is residing at Secunderabad, some third parties namely Krishnan, Ethiraj and Babu tried to alienate the property. Hence, the petitioner filed a suit in O.S.No.194 of 2010, on the file of the District Munsif, Sholinghur as against the above said persons for the relief of permanent injunction, wherein the Trial Court passed a judgment and decree on 28.02.2011, as against the above said persons. Subsequent to the judgment and decree, the petitioner applied for patta in his favor for the land purchased by him. Since, no response received, the petitioner has sent a representation dated 17.12.2016, seeking to grant patta in his name. Since, it is yet to be favoured with any kind of response, he came forward to file this Writ Petition.

Heard the submissions of Mr.A.Gouthaman, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.S.V.Durai Solaimalai, learned Additional Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

This Court, in the light of the above facts and circumstances and without going into the merits of the same, directs the second respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation dated 17.12.2016 in accordance with law, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
