ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the relief sought for in the Writ Petition has become infructuous and he has also sent an endorsement to the Registry to that effect by e-mail which reads as follows:- " It is humbly submitted that the below attached memo's have been filed by the petitioner/Corporation. The W.P.No.28791 of 2004 has become infructuous because of he was reinstated into the service on 08.07.2005. Hence, this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to record the same and thus render justice".

2. In view of the same, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
