This writ petition has been filed for issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to take appropriate legal action on the complaint made by the petitioner on 15.12.2023 and 22.12.2023 in accordance with law as against the respondents 3 to 7 by registering a criminal complaint.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that enquiry will be completed within a period of two weeks.
