This writ petition was filed challenging the proceedings of the 1st respondent dated 09.12.2011, arising out of a chit transaction. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the 2nd respondent submitted that during the pendency of this writ petition, there was a settlement between the parties and the petitioner had paid a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- towards full and final settlement on 16.03.2022. The communication dated 02.07.2022, received from the 2nd respondent was also placed before this Court. 2/4

3.In view of the above development, nothing survives in this writ petition and accordingly, the same is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
