This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the respondents to conduct survey and to measure the property and to fix the boundary stones based on the application submitted by the petitioner on 07.05.2024. 2.Heard Mr.M.Kalaiyarasan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.A.Selvendaran, learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3.The petitioner is claiming title over the subject property by virtue of a registered Sale Deed dated 22.10.1999. Thereafter, online patta was issued to the petitioner in Patta No.13647. The petitioner wanted survey and measurement to be made in the subject property and accordingly, application was submitted and necessary fees was also paid. Since, the same was not acted upon, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court.

4.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also the limited relief that has been sought for in this writ petition, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to act upon the application submitted by the petitioner and complete the survey and measurement of the property by fixing the boundary stones in line with the title document and the patta that has been issued in the name of the petitioner. This process shall be completed by 2nd respondent, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5.This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions.
