Side) COMMON ORDER (i) Crl.M.P.No. 2493 of 2025 has been filed seeking to modify the condition imposed in Para No.6(a) of the order in Crl.O.P.No. 2361 of 2024, dated 03.04.2024 against the petitioner, directing her to deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- to the credit of Advocate Clerk Association, Vellore, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. (ii) Crl.M.P.No. 2495 of 2025 has been filed seeking extension of time to comply with the earlier order dated 03.04.2024.

2. After hearing both sides, this Court directs the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.5,000/- [Rupees Five Thousand Only] to the credit of Advocate Clerk Association, Vellore, and also this Court grants two weeks time to comply with the order dated 03.04.2024 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.The rest of the conditions imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No. 2361 of 2024, dated 03.04.2024, shall remains unaltered.
