Directing the 2nd Respondent to conduct a survey in Survey No 456/ 2B3A1, to an extent of 0.08 cents at Kottamadugu Village Denkanikottai Taluk, Krishnagiri District of the land, by considering the petitioners applications bearing Nos 2025/ 0123/ 31/ 10302 dated 28.04.2025 and 2025/ 0123/ 31/ 013522 dated 26.08.2025 within the time frame fixed by this Honble Court For Petitioner(s):

Mr.C.Jayaprakash Govt Advocate for R1 to R4 R5 & R6 notice dispensed with Order This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent to survey and demarcate the property, which according to the petitioner is owned by her, based on her applications dated 28.04.2025 and 26.08.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. The petitioner had submitted her applications dated 28.04.2025 and 26.08.2025 for the aforesaid purpose. Since the same have not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition. 3.Mr.C.Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4. Since no adverse order is being passed against

the respondents 5 and 6, notice to respondents 5 and 6 is dispensed with. 4.This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's applications.

5.No prejudice will be caused to the second respondent if the said authority is directed to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the petitioner's property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, after hearing the objections if any from the respondents 5 and 6 as well as any other party whom the second respondent deems it fit. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of in the following manner:- (a) Before surveying the lands in question, the second respondent is directed to issue notice to the respondents 5 and 6 and also to any other party, whom the second respondent deems it fit to put on notice.

(b) After receiving objections if any and after considering the same, the fourth respondent shall conduct survey and demarcate the boundaries of the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
