Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned order of the first respondent in G.O.Ms.No.181, Animal Husbandry, Dairying & Fisheries (AH-1) Department dated 7.11.2007 and quash paragraph 4(a)(2) of the said order in so far as it prescribes different qualifications for those appointed prior to 8.12.1989 and those appointed after 8.12.1989 and direct the second respondent to send the petitioner for Livestock Inspector Training with all attendant benefits.
