[Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.] This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondent to trace out and produce the detenue by name, G.Suganthan, aged 17 years, son of the petitioner.

2. The petitioner is present and she has been identified by his counsel. The respondent viz, Inspector of Police, G-9 Perunagar Police Station, Uthiramerur Taluk, Kancheepuram District has produced the detenu and he has been identified by the petitioner/mother.

The detenue has expressed his willingness to go with his mother.
