2 THE INSPECTOR OF POLICE IODL WING CID, TRICHY RANGE, Vs THIRUNAVUKARASU [ RESPONDENT ] Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extent further period of 3 months to complete the investigation and to file the final report in Thennilai Police Station, Crime No.26/2017 U/s 457(2) and 380(2) IPC and also to comply the direction of this Honble Court Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of PUBLIC PROSECUTOR, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- This Criminal Misecellanous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for extension of time for a period of three months to complete the investigation and to file the final report in Thennilai Police Station in Crime No.26of 2017 under section 457(2) and 380(2) IPC in Crl.O.P.No.17661 of 2019 dated 12.07.2019. .

2. Though the above petition is filed for the said relief, however, the was closed as undetectable.
