Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relevant to the order in Na.Ka.No.G7/16093/2015 dated 04.04.2016 passed by the 1st respondent and quash the same as illegal, improper, unreasonable, against the rule of law and natural justice and thereby direct the respondents to issue sale deed in respect of the Plot No.27/430, T.N.S.C.B.
