ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this

petition and also made an endorsement to that effect. Further, he sought the indulgence of this Court, to dispense with the personal appearance of the petitioner before the trial Court.

In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Acceding to the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the presence of the petitioner before the trial court is dispensed with, except for receipt of copies, answering the charges, questioning under Section 313 of Cr.P.C. The petitioner shall be duly represented by his counsel before the trial court on all hearing dates. 3.

As far as the stay petition in Crl.MP.No.2641 of 2026 is concerned, the same stands closed. As regards Crl.MP.No.2642 of 2026, which is filed for dispensing with personal appearance, the same is ordered in the above terms.
