This Application is filed to bring on record the applicant proposed petitioner as the legal heir of the petitioner in O.P.No.1076 of 2019 in the place of applicant's deceased mother.

Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendments in the cause title and post the matter before the Master for recording evidence on 09.08.2021.
