ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested by the respondent police on 19.01.2022 for the offence under sections 328 IPC read with 6(a) of COTPA Act, 2003 in Crime No.91 of 2022, seeks bail. 2.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent states that the petitioner has very bad antecedent of involving in selling prohibited goods in his tea shop and there are five previous cases against him and in this case, he has been arrested on 19.01.2022 and source of the prohibited goods is under investigation. If the petitioner is released on bail, they will not be able to find out the sources of supply. Recording the same, the petition for bail stands dismissed.
