The prayer sought for in the present petition is to direct the learned subordinate Judge Mettupalayam, Coimbatore District to complete the trial and dispose of the case in H.M.O.P.No.78 of 2017.

On a perusal of the adjudication orders, it is seen that H.M.O.P. is kept pending for passing orders from the year 2016, it would be appropriate to direct the learned Subordinate Judge, Mettupalayam, Coimbatore to dispose of the H.M.O.P.No.78 of 2017, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
