When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file Civil Miscellaneous Appeal within a period of two weeks and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2.Recording the submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file Civil Miscellaneous Appeal within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If any such appeal is filed, the Principal District Judge, Salem / Co-operative Tribunal, Salem is directed to take up the appeal on file without insisting application to condone the delay in filing the appeal and decide the appeal on merits and in accordance with law. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
