Prayer : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the respondent in No.A2/4749/2008 dated 06.11.2008, quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to include the petitioner's name in the year 1992 Assistant list and to award all other consequential and attendant service benefits due to the petitioner herein with effect from 01.09.1993 within the time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.

ORDER

Mr.M.Jaisingh, learned representing counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner expired on 23.11.2021 and that they are not in a position to contact the legal heirs. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Since the application to substitute the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner has not been filed, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as abated. However, if the legal heirs are later of the view that the cause of action in the present writ petition survives, they are at liberty to file fresh writ petition for the same cause of action.

In the result, this Writ Petition is dismissed as abated. No costs.
