W.P.No.2716 of 2022 THE HON'BLE CHIEF JUSTICE and N.MALA, J.

Pursuant to the order dated 12.8.2022 directing the Registry to call for the proceedings of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tiruvallur in Crl.M.P.No.3916 of 2021, the Registry received photocopies of order-sheets and placed the same before this Court.

On a perusal of the adjudication, this Court finds that the application was adjourned to 18.08.2022 for filing report of the Advocate-Commissioner, but no details as to what transpired thereafter are available.

The Registry is, therefore, directed to call for a report from the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tiruvallur in reference to the adjudication on 18.08.2022, by sending a fax message. Upon receipt of the same, the Registry is directed to place it before this Court when the matter is next listed.
