ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition for bail filed by one of the accused who was arrested on 31.12.2021 in Crime No.914 of 2021 for the offence under Section 302 IPC.

2.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the investigation is at the prime stage and release of the petitioner will hamper the progress of the investigation, since the case of circumstantial evidence which requires deep investigation without interference.
