Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to extend the time to surrender and execute sureties before the special court under the TNPID Act cases at Coimbatore in Crl.O.P.No.7768 of 2017 dated 11.05.2017. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N.ANANTHAPADMANABHAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. P.GOVINDARAJAN, ADDL. PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to extend the time granted by this Court on 11.05.2017 in the above Criminal Original Petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent. 3.

Time granted by this Court on 11.05.2017 in Crl.O.P.No.7768 of 2017 to surrender before the Court below shall stand further extended for a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

This petition is ordered accordingly.
