These petitions are filed to accept the cause title in the appeals.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the writ petitions, the scheme of amalgamation was sanctioned. However, the same was not brought to the notice of the learned Single Judge.

Considering the reason given for the purpose of prosecuting the appeals, the applications are allowed.
