(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition if the work for erection of the tower is commenced in violation of the norms and without permission of the competent authority. In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. No costs. Consequently, W.M.P.No.3907 of 2022 is closed.
