ORDER

When the matter came up for hearing, Mr.R.Babu, learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the first respondent Corporation submitted that the entire death benefits arising out of the death of the deceased Chandrasekaran has already been settled on the petitioner.

2. In view thereof, nothing survives to be adjudicated in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
