U. Pushpa v. The Collector
C.M.P.No.2579 of 2024 in C.R.P. No. 1753 of 2023 T.V.THAMILSELVI, J.
This petition is filed seeking to clarify the common order dated 07.11.2023 passed by this court in C.R.P.No.1753 of 2023.
2. When the order passed by this court permitting the plaintiff to mark certain documents, the nature of other two documents has not been mentioned, due to which, the trial court has not permitted the plaintiff to mark those documents and now the clarification of this court is to permit the petitioner to mark the decree passed in O.S.No. 25 of 1990 and the order of Director of Land Survey and Records department dated 22.03.2010. Liberty is granted to the respondents/defendants to raise objections, if any as per manner known to law. It is also clarified that the marking of documents would not amount to admission of documents. Furthermore, the trial court is directed to complete the trial and dispose the case within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this orders. Accordingly, this petition is ordered. 26.02.2024 rpp (2/2) https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/1
