ORDER
When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the 3rd respondent brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner filed a suit in OS.No.187 of 2024, challenging the proceedings of the District Registrar, Tambaram and also for other consequential reliefs. In this suit, the 3rd respondent was shown as the 1st defendant, the Sub Registrar and the District Registrar have been shown as 2nd and 3rd defendants. The Tahsildar and the District Collector, Tambaram has been added as the 4th and 5th defendants.
2.A copy of the plaint that was presented before this Court shows that the petitioner had approached the Civil Court and sought for a similar relief and the same was not even pleaded in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition. 3.Mr.Thiru Saravanan, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he was not aware of the suit that was filed.
4.Taking into consideration the above facts, this writ petition is closed. The petitioner shall first withdraw the suit pending before the concerned Court and thereafter approach this Court seeking for the appropriate relief. 05.03.2025 Index : Yes/No NCS : Yes/No 2 / 4
