ORDER
The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that this writ petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the order of suspension and that subsequently, the petitioner has been re-instated in service and also a criminal case initiated against the petitioner is ended in acquittal.
2. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner the relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
