ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed by the Court below directing the petitioner to sign daily at 10.30 a.m before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Vilupuram.

2. The respondent police has registered an FIR in Crime No.1029 of 2018 for the offences under Section 354 D, 506 (ii) IPC and Section 4 of TNPHW Act, 2002. The petitioner was arrested and remanded to judicial custody. The petitioner filed an application for bail and the same was allowed by the Court below by an order dated 23.01.2019, by imposing various conditions. One of the condition that was imposed by the Court below was that the petitioner should stay at Villupuram and appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate daily at 10.30 a.m. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with these conditions from 07.01.2019 onwards. This fact was also confirmed by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

4. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by the Court below is modified to the extent that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week on Monday at 10.30 a.m for a period of four weeks and thereafter, appear before the respondent police as and when required.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
