O.A.No.1205 of 2017 in C.S.No.944 of 2017 N.SATHISH KUMAR.J This application has been filed for interim injunction against the defendants from alienating the suit property, pending disposal of the suit. Interim injunction has already been granted by this Court on 11.12.2017.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the applicant.

3. The suit itself is filed for specific performance and if the property is alienated, it will lead to multiplicity of proceedings.

4. In view of the same, the interim injunction already granted by this Court 11.12.2017 has been made absolute.

The registry is directed to post the main suit on 11.04.2018 for filing written statement.
