This Court vide order dated 08.02.2023, appointed Ms.V.Muthukamatchi as Advocate Commissioner to seize the subject hypothecated vehicle from the respondents and hand over the possession of the same to the applicant and further, directed the Advocate Commissioner to file her Report on 28.02.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that though the respondents expressed their willingness to settle the dispute by paying the outstanding amount, however, they have not yet paid the outstanding amount. Hence, the learned counsel prayed this Court to extend the time for execution of warrant.

3. Considering the above submission made by the learned counsel for the applicant, this Court extends the time for execution of warrant till 27.07.2023. The respondents are directed to pay the entire outstanding amount to the applicant, on or before 27.07.2023.

4. List the matter on 27.07.2023.
