Prayer in all WPs: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ or order of direction or any other Writ in the nature Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the enhanced property tax assessment order vide impugned notices dated 22.06.2013, on the file of the respondent pertaining to the petitioner's shops at Door Nos.103/979/2, 112/972 and 102/979/3 situated at CNA Street, Vaniyambadi Town, Vellore District bearing assessment numbers 18180, 18179 and 18181 and to quash the same as illegal, incompetent and without jurisdiction and to direct the respondent to remove the lock and seal, placed on the shops. For Petitioner : Mr.Purushothaman for Mr.V.Raghavachari in all WPs.

C O M M O N O R D E R The writ petitions challenge the impugned notices demanding property tax in respect of the property at Door Nos.103/979/2, 112/972 and 102/979/3, CNA Street, Vaniyambadi Town, Vellore District.
