ORDER

Heard Mr.K.Doraisami, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.N.Thambidurai, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 and 2.

2. The order impugned in this writ petition is the licence granted to the third respondent for storage of 12 KL of Kerosine (Petroleum Class B) in SF.No.76/2A at Shoolagiri in Hosur Taluk and Krishnagiri District, for the period up to 31.12.2006.

3. Since the period had already expired, this Court is of the opinion that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
