PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the first respondent in G.O.Ms.No.2213 dated 24.11.1988 relating to the withdrawal of the exemption granted for the excess land measuring 226 sq.metres to be petitioner in Plot No.48-A (N.P.) Ambattur Industrial Estate, Ambattur, Chennai and the consequential notice of the fourth respondent dated 18.08.2004 and quash the same and direct the third and fourth respondents to forbear them from interfering with the petitioner's possession and occupation particularly by way of dispossession from the aforesaid land.
