O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by C.Kumarappan J.) The present Writ Petition has been filed, directing the 1st respondent to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner dated 10.08.2020 on merits and in accordance with law.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the 5th respondent has encroached upon lands in S.F.Nos.416 and 418/49. Though the petitioner has sent a representation on 10.08.2020 for removal of encroachment, no steps have been taken so far. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

3. Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for R1 to R4 drew our attention to the counter statement filed by the Tahsildar, wherein it has been stated that as per revenue records, S.F.Nos.416 and 418/49 are classified as Street and there is no encroachment made by anyone as per the contention of the petitioner.

4. In view of the above statement of the Tahsildar, the present Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
