Crl.M.P.No.2228 of 2023 in After some arguments, learned counsel on record for petitioner Mr.K.K.Sivashanmugam sought leave of this Court to withdraw the captioned 'Criminal Miscellaneous Petition' ['Crl.M.P' for the sake of brevity] and made an endorsement in the case file and a scanned reproduction of the same is as follows:

Learned counsel reiterates the aforementioned endorsement but made a request that all the rights and contention of the petitioner may please be preserved to come up with a similar/same prayer i.e., suspension of sentence, either if unduly long time is taken for disposal of the appeal or if there are change in circumstances. Request acceded to.
