ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to conduct investigation and file a final report in Crime No.759 of 2011, pending investigation on the file of the respondent.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that if six months time is granted by this Court, the investigation would be completed and final report would be filed by the respondent before the concerned Court. The said statement is recorded. 3.In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation and to file a final report within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
