PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Declaration to declare that the action of the 1st respondent in retiring the three Ayahs viz., Salomi, Poongavanam and Neela Sagadevan before completion of 60 years of age as illegal, contrary to Clause 30 of the Central Board of Secondary Education, Affiliation Bye-Laws, violative of Article 14 and 16 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the 1st respondent to continue the members the petitioner in service till they attain the age of 60 with back wages, continuity of service and all other attendant benefits.
