O R D E R
The impugned order dated 03.06.2015 passed by the second respondent states that the petitioner cannot run a Boarding Home Unit and admit the children without obtaining proper approval https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
from the Competent Authority i.e., the second respondent.
2. The petitioner has not obtained any approval from the second respondent for running a Boarding Home Unit and the Authorities Competent initiated action against the petitioner and passed the impugned order by stating that the petitioner was informed repeatedly by the Authorities not to run the Boarding Home Unit without obtaining approval from the Authorities, instead the petitioner was running the Boarding Home Unit by admitting the children there.
Thus, the respondents informed that the petitioner should not run such Boarding Home Unit without getting proper approval from the Competent Authorities.
3. This Court do not find any infirmity in respect of the impugned order passed by the second respondent. If at all the petitioner is willing to run the Boarding Home Unit, by admitting the children, they are bound to get proper approval from the Competent Authorities and in the event of non-approval, the Authorities Competent are bound to initiate appropriate action against the petitioner.
4. With the above observations, the writ petition stands disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. Sd/- Assistant Registrar //True Copy// Sub Assistant Registrar Svn To 1.The District Collector, Salem.
