Order (Order of the Court was made by S.M.Subramaniam J.) The present review petition has been filed seeking review of order of this Court dated 12.12.2025 in W.P.No.44291/2025.

2. With reference to the relief sought for in the present writ petition, this Court, passed a reasoned order and dismissed the writ petition.

3. Admittedly, prosecution has been launched against the petitioner under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, c2002, by the Enforcement of Directorate and the proceedings are pending before the competent Court. The writ petition itself was found to be misconceived and untenable.

4. That being the factum of the case, question of reviewing the said order on merits would not arise at all. The petitioner has not established any error apparent warranting interference in exercise of the power of review. Thus, the Review Petition stands dismissed. No costs. (S.M.S.,J.)
